Women’s Christian College has a well organized choir comprising more than thirty choristers. The aim of the choir is to use their god-given talents to glorify God and spread the love of God through their songs and be a channel of blessing to thousands of people. Mr. Justin Daniel is the Choir Master, Dr. Geetha Shanthini Fells is the Staff coordinator and Chaplain Rev. Starie Princilal is the mentor.The musicof the choir is an integral part of the morning prayers at the College Chapel. The members of the choir make the Christmas celebrations every year rich with their melodious songs.As part of their music ministry the choir has brought out an album ‘Music Kadambam’ fragranced with multilingual songs. Two volumes have been produced within a short span of time.While the songs of the choir are being telecast and enjoyed by the public, the choir is happy that it has been able to fulfil the long cherished hopes and vision of the missionaries who toiled much to spread the gospel of Christ.

Activities of the academic year 2018-2019
         The year 2018-2019 was both a memorable and an eventful tenure for the choir and the college which started off with the special service in the chapel and concluded with the Holy Communion. The College choir is an integral part of the chapel services. The college choir under the leadership of our Chaplain Rev. Starie Princilal and the Choir Master Mr. Justin Daniel won the prize for the Best costumes in the JOMUZERT-2018 State Level Inter Collegiate Christian Musical Fiesta conducted at St.John’s College, Palayamkottai. Its contribution to the Home Church, Nagercoil, C.S.I. Church, Scott Nagar and the C.S.I Church, Ramavarmapuram was appreciated. The annual staff retreat was held on 9th of March 2019 at C.S.I Church Millenium, Mathoor. Mrs.Caroline Suresh (Retd.TMB) was the resource person of the retreat.

         Thanks must go to the Principal Dr.C.M.Padma, the Correspondent Dr.Asir Packia Singh and the Chaplain, Rev.Starie Princilal for their tremendous support in all the events of the Choir as well as the activities of the chapel.
Activities of the academic year 2017-2018

         Morning devotions are conducted in the Chapel. Messages are given by the Chaplain and the faculty of the College. The College Choir under the leadership of Mr. Justin Daniel, the Choir Master, Dr. Geetha Shanthini Fells the choir Coordinator sing Songs in the Chapel Services, other meetings in the college, College day function, Special Occasions and also in the Carol Services in the College and Various churches.
