The committee is functioning in the campus with six members. Dr. V. Amutha of English Department took charge as the Convener from the academic year 2023-2024. Students were made to take an oath in the beginning of the academic year with the hope of ending social evils like Ragging, Eve teasing and Harassment. The Committee organized an awareness program on 26-03024. Adv. T. Sergia Bindhu, Legal officer to SP addressed the gathering on various laws that safeguard women from these social evils.
